摘要
本文扼要阐述了作者48年来从事锅炉化学清洗研究与实践的业绩与心得。文章首先介绍了煮炉与酸洗的工艺和发展延伸,之后分析了锅炉失效的原因及化学清洗对防止腐蚀所起的重要作用,最后探讨了化学清洗的工艺、介质和时机等要素。
This paper expounds tersely author's achievement and experience of chemical cleaning for boiler in last 48 years. Firstly, technics and development of boiling out and acid cleaning are introduced, then invalidation of boiler and function of chemical cleaning in avoiding corrosion are analysed. Finally, technics, medium, opportu-nity of chemical cleaning are explored.
