摘要
提出一种在铝液内部用直接氧化法制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料的技术,通过在铝液内部吹氧,使熔融铝迅速氧化生成Al_2O_3,凝固后获得具有弥散分布的Al_2O_3质点的铝基复合材料,并对复合材料的微观结构及力学性能进行了观察分析。试验表明,复合材料中的Al_2O_3质点分布均匀,通过调节吹氧时间,可方便地制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料。
The technology of preparing Al/Al2O3 metal matrix composites with direct oxidation in Al melt is described. Oxygen was blown into the Al melt . The Al melt was oxidized swiftly to produce Al2O3. Then, a composite of aluminum matrix with disperse Al2O3 particles was obtained. The microstructure and mechanical property of the composite were observed. The results indicate that the distribution of Al2O3 particles in the composites is uniform. The Al/Al2O3 metal matrix composites can be easily prepared by adjusting the time of blowing oxygen .
