摘要
目的 :对亮叶杨桐的化学成分进行研究。方法 :运用多种层析手段从亮叶杨桐的叶中分离得到多个化合物 ,经波谱和化学方法对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果 :自亮叶杨桐叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到 6个化合物 :芹菜素 (Apigenin ,Ⅰ )、山茶苷A(CamellianinA ,Ⅱ )、槲皮苷 (Quercitrin ,Ⅲ )、KajiichigosideF1(Ⅳ )、Nigaichigo sideF2 (Ⅴ )和长梗冬青苷 (Peduncloside,Ⅵ )。结论 :化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM:To study on the chemical constituents of Adinandra nitida .RESULT:Six compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the leaves of Adinandra nitida . Their structures were identified as Apigenin(Ⅰ), Camdllianin A(Ⅱ), Quercitrin(Ⅲ), Kajiichigoside F1(Ⅳ), Nigaichigoside F2(Ⅴ), and Peduncloside(Ⅵ),respectively, based on spectroscopic data. CONCLUSION:Compounds Ⅲ~Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
