四角切圆燃烧锅炉屏式再热器超温研究

STUDY ON OVER-TEMPERATURE OF PLATEN TYPE REHEATER FOR BOILERS WITH FOUR CORNER TANGENTIAL FIRING

通过试验得到屏式再热器的壁温分布 ,分析试验结果找出超温的再热器管。结合锅炉炉膛出口水平烟道的烟温分布 ,认为超温主要为水平烟道烟温偏差所致 ,对此提出了更换材质、加大三次风的反切角度。

Through tests, the wall temperature distribution of platen type reheater has been obtained, and the over-temperature of reheater tube being known from the analysis of test results. Combined with the flue gas temperature distribution of outlet horizontal gas duct from the furnace of boiler, it is considered that the cause resulting in over-temperature is mainly due to temperature deviation in the horizontal flue gas duct, and the correspanding retrofit of equipments and operational adjustment being put forward.
