摘要
循环流化床锅炉由于脱硫剂的添加 ,使得其在效率计算方法上与普通煤粉炉有所区别 ,而作为性能考核依据的ASMEPTC4 .1的效率计算部分没有考虑添加脱硫剂后发生煅烧和脱硫反应对锅炉效率的影响。对此 ,提出了采用ASMEPTC4 .1计算CFB锅炉效率的基本方法 。
Due to addition of desulpherizer, the computing method of efficiency for circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers is differ from that for common pulverized-coal fired boilers. However, the efficiency computing part of ASME PTC4.1, as a basis for checking performance, hadn't considered the influence of calsine and desulpheration reaction occurred after addition of desulpheriser upon the boiler efficiency. For this reason, a basic method for computing efficiency of CFB boilers by using ASME PTC4.1 has been put forward, providing useful reference for computing efficiency during the time of checking performance for CFB boilers.
