沈阳热电厂4号机组负荷波动原因分析

摘要 针对机组油动机在局部行程范围大幅度摆动造成负荷波动现象 ,进行了试验及计算分析。研究结果表明 ,调节系统局部转速不等率偏小、压力重叠度偏大是机组负荷波动的主要原因 ,对此 ,在不重新设计凸轮型线前提下 ,调整了调节汽阀重叠度 ,消除了机组负荷波动缺陷。 Directing against the load fluctuation phenomenon resulting from large-amplitude swing of the servomotor in partial travel, test and computational analysis have been carried out. Results of study show that the causes leading to load fluctuation of the unit are as follows: (1) the speed governing droop of the governing system is somewhat small; (2) the degree of pressure overlap is somewhat large. Under the prerequisite of not redesigning the cam profile, the overlap degree of the governing valve has been adjusted, the defect of unit's load fluctuation being eliminated.
