元胡止痛方配伍的化学和药效学比较研究

Comparative Studies on Chemistry and Pharmacodynamics of the Compatibility of Yuanhu Zhitong Prescription

目的 :考察不同制备工艺对元胡止痛方提取物的化学和药效学的影响 ,阐明延胡索与白芷配伍的合理性。方法 :采用薄层层析和小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板镇痛实验两种模型比较元胡止痛方复方提取物、单味延胡索和单味白芷提取物的化学成分和镇痛作用的关系。结果 :元胡止痛方复方提取物薄层层析斑点与单味延胡索和单味白芷提取物的斑点相对应 ;镇痛实验结果表明复方提取物、单味延胡索和单味白芷提取物均具有镇痛作用 ,前者作用明显强于后两者。结论 :提示元胡止痛方中延胡索和白芷具有协同作用 ,元胡止痛方配伍具有合理性。

AIM:To search the activities of complex of Rhizama Corydalis and Radix Angelica dahuricae .METHOD:TLC method and the two mice analgesic test models, acetic acid tail-flick test and hot plate test were used to compare the relationship between the chemical composition and the analgesic effect among the extract of Yuanhu Zhitong Prescription, Rhizoma Corydalis extract and Radix Angelica. Dahuricae extract.RESULT:The TLC spot of Yuanhu Zhitong Prescription extract was correspond with that of the Rhizoma Corydalis extract and Radix Angelica dahuricae extract. The analgesic experiment showed that Yuanhu Zhitong Prescription extract, Rhizoma Corydalis extract and Radix Angelica dahuricae extract all had analgesic effect, and the former is obviously stronger than the latter.CONCLUSION:It was pointed out that Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelica dahuricae in Yuanhu Zhitong Prescription have synergism.The Yuanhu Zhitong Prescription has some compatibility reasonability.
