摘要
针对管道对接焊缝高温状态超声波探伤中的高温对缺陷定位、定量的影响等问题 ,通过理论分析和试验提出了一套高温状态超声波探伤工艺 ,并在中石化集团安庆石化总厂热电厂主蒸汽母管对接焊缝高温状态检验过程中进行了验证 ,实践证明 。
In view of the problems regarding high temperature's influence upon defect's location and quantification encountered in ultrasonic inspection of pipelines with butt welded joints under high temperature conditions, a set of ultrasonic inspection technology under high temperature conditions has been put forward through theoritical analysis and tests, and verification being made in the inspection process of steam header with butt welded joints in the power station of Anqing Petro-chemical General Plant under China Petro-chemical Group Company. Practice shows that the said method to be accurate and feasible.
