摘要
再生抗燃油有酸值、水分、电阻率和颗粒度 4项指标要求 ,对抗燃油在线再生的效果 ,取决于吸附剂的性能。极性硅铝吸附剂的吸酸量是小粒硅藻土的 4 .6倍 ,用其再生后油的电阻率比用小粒硅藻土提高约 6倍。采用抗燃油在线再生新技术———极性吸附再生脱水装置 ,可以成倍提高运行抗燃油的使用寿命。该技术在广东沙角C电厂 3号机组上应用后 ,效果显著。
There are four indices required for regenerative fire-resistant oil, namely: acid value, water content, resistivity, and granularity. The effectveness of on-line regeneration for fire-resistant oil is depending upon the behavior of the adsorbents. The acid-absorption capacity of polar silicon-alumina adsorbent is 4.6 times higher than that of the smallpartice sized diatomite. The resistivity of oil after regeneration by using polar silica-alumina is enhanced about 6 times higher than using small-particle sized diatomite. Application of the said new technology of on-line regenevation for fire-resistant oil, i.e. polar adsorbent regeneration dewatering facility, the service life of fire-resistant oil in operation can be doubly lengthened. After application of the said new technology in Shajiao C Power Plant, Guangdong Province, the effectiveness is remarkable.
