介绍了TN 2 0 0 0型快速煤质监测仪的工作原理、工作流程及其影响因素。该仪器在柳林电厂的应用 ,改变了传统的运行人员靠滞后的煤质化验数据来调节锅炉燃烧的状况 ,可以根据煤质及时进行锅炉燃烧工况的调整 。
The working principle, operating process and influencing factors of the title instrument have been presented. The application of said instrument in Liulin Power Plant has changed the traditional situation, under which the combustion in boilers was regulated by the operators according to the delayed coal quality parameters obtained from laboratory test, promoting stable combustion in the boilers, reducing coal comsumption and unburned combustible in fly ash, having comparatively economic benefits.
