摘要
对不同CA条件下李的贮藏进行了研究。结果表明,低温下,25%CO_2浓度下李的贮藏效果最好。在28d 25%CO_2贮藏及7d的模拟货架贮藏后,仍具商业价值。
The storage of plum under the different controlled atmosphere was studied in the experiment. The results proved the storage at 1℃ and 25% CO2 was effective. After storage for 28d at 1℃ and 25% CO2 and 7d shelf storage at 15℃, the fruits hat were still of good quality.
