摘要
为改善AB2 型Laves相电极合金的电化学性能 ,对AB2 型Ti基及Ti Zr基贮氢合金进行快淬处理。用XRD和SEM分析铸态及快淬态合金的相结构 ,并观察合金的微观组织形貌 ,研究快淬工艺对AB2 型贮氢合金的放电容量及微观结构的影响。结果表明 :快淬对AB2 型贮氢合金放电容量的影响与合金的成分密切相关。对Ti基合金 ,随淬速的增加 ,合金的容量显著提高 ,在一定淬速下出现极大值 ;对Ti Zr基合金 ,随淬速增加 ,合金的容量明显降低。快淬使AB2
In order to improve the electrochemical characteristics of AB2 Laves phase electrode alloy, rapid quenching technologies were used in the preparation of AB2 type Tibased and TiZrbased electrode alloys.The phase structures and micromorphologies of ascast and quenched alloys were analyzed and observed by XRD and SEM.The effects of rapid quenching on the discharge capacity and microstructure were investigated comprehensively.The research results showed that the effects of rapid quenching on the capacity of AB2 Laves phase electrode alloy were closely relevant to the compositions of the alloys.For the Ti based alloy, the discharge capacity was enhanced significantly with the increase of quenching rate,and a maximum capacity was obtained at certain quenching rate.For TiZr based alloy,the capacity was reduced with the increase of quenching rate.The great change in capacity of AB2 alloys was mainly due to the changes of the microstructure caused by rapid quenching.
