摘要
现代组织中人员主要从事的脑力工作由于不能直接观测,因此给绩效评估带来困难。根据信息加工理论的研究,脑力劳动过程划分为三个阶段,假设阶段之间在时间上适应"帕累托原则",则可以初步形成脑力劳动的工作测量模型。最后,在企业中进行问卷调查和访谈等形式加以验证,并得出相关结论。
Mental work is hard to measure directly, which br in gs with difficulties in appraisal of knowledge workers' performances. Therefore, this paper aimed to formulate a measurement model by dividing the process of me ntal work into three stages on the basis of information processing theory, assum ing Pareto principle could be utilized among stages in allocation of time. Final ly, the method of questionnaire census and interview were implemented in enterpr ises to examine the above model and some conclusions were reached.
