摘要
现有土工膜液胀安全的设计方法一般均以土工膜的单向拉伸强度为依据,通过理论简化、经验或半经验公式进行复核计算.鉴此有必要通过作各种工况(包括各种孔径和各种厚度等)下的PE膜液胀试验进行实验室的液胀极限荷载工程仿真,分析归纳出液胀极限荷载与PE膜厚度、支持层孔径之间的关系,供工程设计的复核计算所用,以尽量减免重复繁杂的液胀试验.
The safety design for the Mullen burst of geomembrane generally depends on its uniaxial tensile strength, and the rationality of the design is verified by the simplified theory and empirical and semi empirical formulas. Thus, it is necessary to perform laboratory Mullen tests for PE geomembrance to simulate the Mullen burst limit load in various cases, including different pore sizes and thickness of geomembrane, so as to find the relationships between the limit load, thickness, and pore sizes of PE geomembrane. The test results can be used for check of engineering design so that complicated field Mullen tests in engineering design can be avoided.
