摘要
简要分析了电炉极心圆与炉料电阻的关系,极心圆直径对炉内功率分布及热分布的影响,通过长期的摸索,认为12.5MVA硅铁炉极心圆直径选择2600~2650mm较合适,能够取得良好的经济技术指标。
The article simply analyses the relationship of pitch circle diameter to mix resistance as well as its effect to heat and furnace power distribution. The author points out that choosing pitch circle diameter of 2600mm to 2 650 mm for a 12.5MVA ferrosilicon furnace is more suitable after a long-term study and this can gain a well technico-economical index.
