摘要
通过介绍全球铜冶炼企业的竞争环境现状,分析了国内中小型铜冶炼企业在原料供应、经营、环保、产业政策等方面面临的危机,就国内中小型铜冶炼企业的经营策略提出建议。
Based on current competitive situation,the difficulties in raw material supply,management environmental protection,and industry policy faced by medium and smallscale copper smelters in China are analyzed and some suggestions on management strategy are presented.
