摘要
文章以人工添加和现场测试两种手段,探讨了我省现行家蚕品种各龄期对氟污染桑的最小及最大抵抗力,并研究了氟污染桑对丝茧育、种茧育及对次代蚕的影响。结果表明:(1)蚕儿每个龄期的抗氟力大约提高5ppm左右;(2)对同一品种的蚕,氟对蚕的影响不表现季节性差异;(3)当桑叶含氟量超过蚕儿耐氟临界值时,随着含氟量的提高,各项指标均向负的方向递增;(4)氟污染桑对蚕的影响不涉及下一代;(5)水洗桑叶对减轻吸附氟的污染有明显效果。
The maximum and minimum endurance of Chinese silkworm breeds currently reared in Shandong Province to fluorine and the effects of fluorine-polluted mulberry leaves on raising from cocoons and eggs, and on the second generation of silkworms were investigated by feeding the silkworms in different instars with artiflcially or naturally fluorine-polluted leaves. The results as follows: 1. the endurance of silkworms in every instar to fluorine increased 5ppm or so; 2. to the same breed of silkworms, fluorine influence had no season difference; 3. when fluorine in leaves surpassed the critical value of silkworm's endurance, all indices decreased gradually with increasing of content; 4. the influence of feeding with fluorine-polluted leaves on silkworms did not transfer to the next generation; 5. washing leaves with clean water had an obviousiy positive effect on the decrease of absorbing fluorine by the silkworm.
