摘要
本研究利用一个6×6双列杂交组的15个基因型为试材,对玉米与光合作用有关的九个性状以及籽粒产量进行了遗传相关和通径分析。结果表明,灌浆期单株叶面积、叶向值、籽粒灌浆速率、有效灌浆期、收获指数和苗期叶面积等对籽粒产量有正直接效应。因而在玉米育种过程中,应注重对这些性状的改良,以使产量进一步提高。
Genetic correlation and path analysis of nine characters related to photosynthesis and grain yield were conducted with 15 genotypes from diallel cross in corn (Zea mays L.). The result indicated that the total leaf area per plant, grain filling rate, leaf orientation value, effective filling duration, harvest index and leaf area of seedlings had positive direct effects on grain yields. It was shown improving these traits in the corn breeding program could further increase corn yields.
