摘要
在离体小麦叶片的衰老过程中,叶绿素(chl)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性迅速下降,膜脂过氧化的产物丙二醛(MDA)含量迅速上升。精胺处理可以延缓chl含量,SOD和CAT活性的下降,阻止MDA含量的升高。精胺延缓叶片衰老可能与延缓植物体内保护酶活性的下降、降低膜脂过氧化水平有关。
The chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase activities in detached wheat leaves declined rapidly, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased swiftly during senescence in dark. Treatment with spermine could delay the decrease in chlorophyll content, SOD and catalase activities and prevent the increase in MDA content. The mechanism that spermine delays leaf senescence might be related to the regulation of SOD and catalase activities and the retardation of membrane lipid peroxidation.
