摘要
本文就对氯偶氮胂与Fe^(3+)的显色反应的有关问题进行了研究。结果表明,对氯偶氮胂与Fe^(3+)在pH=5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中形成蓝色络合物,最大吸收峰位于620nm处,摩尔吸光系数为4.4×10~4。络合物的组成为Fe∶R=1∶3。铁含量在0~1.0mg·l^(-1)范围内,符合比耳定律。用此方法测定了小米消化液中铁的含量,表明方法适用。
The study on color reaction of Fe^(3+) with P-Cl-arsenazo showed that Fe^(3+) and P-Cl-arsenazo in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution, pH5, formed a blue complex with a maximum absorption at 620nm and molar absorptivity being 4.4×10~4. The ratio of Fe^(3+) and P-Cl-arsenazo in the complex was 1:3. Beer's law was obeyed over the range 0~1.0 mg·ml^(-1) Fe^(3+). This method was used to determine Fe^(3+) in industrial grade hydrochloric acid and grain samples.
