论述了近年来我国稀土处理钢的生产状况及稀土在钢中作用规律与作用机理的研究进展,对加快稀土在钢中应用研究工作的发展提出了建议。

Production status of rare earth treated steels and development of research on effects of rare earth in steels in China were reviewed. Some proposals were put forward.
