摘要
运用逐步判别和系统聚类等数学手段,对46个苹果品种进行了短枝型和普通型判别和聚类。结果表明,逐步判别是从总体中区别短枝型的有力工具。比较了系统聚类原始数据的3种处理方法,选用了正规化处理原始数据并采用最长距离法进行系统聚类,把46个品种划分为短枝型、亚短枝型、普通型双高和普通型单高等五个生物学品种群,准确反映了各品种生物学特性上的一致性,并对亲缘关系有一定体现。
Discriminatory and cluster analyses were used to make a distinction between the ordinary and spur types of 46 apple cultivars. Calculated results indicated that the method w(?)s very effective to distinguish spur types in all apple cultivars. In cluster analysis 46 apple cultvars were divided into 5 groups according to their biological parameters. The result could be put into practice.
