克线磷在花生田土壤及花生中的残留量分析

摘要 分别用丙酮和酸性甲醇提取土壤及花生秧、花生仁中克线磷的残留量。亩施5%克线磷颗粒剂10kg和15kg,土壤中药剂消失半衰期多在1~3周。药剂主要分布在0~15cm土层内。在该层土中,整个花生生长期都可检测到药剂。15~30cm土层内药量少,而且分解较快。收获时,花生秧(晒干)中药剂残留量为0.17~2.15ppm,花生仁(晒干)中残留量低于0.01ppm。实验还发现,克线磷具有从根部向茎叶的单向传导性。 The residue of fenamiphos in soil, peanut vines and peanut kernels was extracted with acetone and acid methanol respectively. The half life of fenamiphos in soil was from one to three weeks when application rates of 5% granule were 10 and 15 kg mu^(-1) in different years and sites. Most of the chemical distributed in top soil within 15cm. In the layer of 15~30 cm, it was less and degraded quickly. The residue in the dried peanut vine was 0.17~2.15 ppm, at harvest, whereas that in peanut kernels was below 0.01 ppm. Results showed that this chemical could move from root to stem and leaves, but could not move in reverse direction.
