摘要
本文以转子-机匣系统为对象,采用弯扭耦合传递矩阵法分析了锥齿轮啮合作用对不平衡响应及初始弯曲响应振动特性的影响。改进了三套纯弯曲和弯扭耦合临界转速及不平衡响应峰值转速计算方法及软件,提高了计算效率。采用此三对配套软件计算了两种支承方案的临界转速和峰值转速,在无阻尼条件下两者完全一致。分析了质心按一阶振型分布和按空间分布时锥齿轮啮合作用对峰值转速及振动值的影响,得出了有工程参考价值的结论。提出了改善转子振动特性的方法。
In this paper,the object of study is rotor-case system.The influence of bevel gears engaging on the vibration behavior of static unbalance response and initial bending response is analyzed by lateral/torsion coupling transfer matrix method.The computation method and software of three pairs of lateral and lateral/torsion coupling critical speeds and unbalance response peak speed have been improved to in - crease computation efficiency.They have been applied to predict the critical and peak speeds of two sup - port plans.The results are just the same with no viscous damping.The influence of bevel gears engaging on the peak speeds and numerical value of vibration has been analyzed with mass center distribution in first order mode or space.Some conclusions with engineering value have been obtained.Procedures to im - prove the vibration behavior of rotor system have been put forward.
