This paper introduces TCP/IP protocol and its application features in a measurement and con - trol network of engine test,and analyses specific problems such as:congestion in Ethernet and transmis - sion related data loss.It also proposes resolving methods.This method has already been used successfully in measurement and control network of engine test.
