钢筋砼楼面铺设刚性板块面层在使用中起拱的原因与防治

摘要 由于刚性块料面层与钢筋砼楼板结构材料的线胀系数差异较大 ,因此在温差作用下产生胀缩不一致 ,尤其当温度下降 ,钢筋砼楼板结构体积变小产生收缩应力 ,拉动墙体压迫刚性块料面层 ,使刚性块料面层产生空鼓或拱起 ,影响正常使用 ,本文针对上述原因进行分析 ,并对防治措施提出一些做法和意见 。 Because the coefficient of linear e xpansion of rigid lump topping is great different from that of material of concr ete structure,expansion is inconsistent under the cffect of thermoelectricity.Es pecially in the lowering of temperature,the volume of concrete floor becomes sma ller and thus following effects appears such as contraction stress,dragging wall body and compressing rigid lump topping so that the blister of rigid lump toppi ng emerges.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to deal with the blister so as to supply reference to others.
