摘要
游泳教学腿部动作是基础 ,通过对初级组蛙泳腿部动作教学中常见错误动作的原因进行分析 ,提出练习和纠正错误动作的方法 ,为初级组蛙泳教学提供参考。
Leg movements is the basis of swimming technique. By analyzing the common mistakes of leg movements in breast stroke teaching for junior learners, this paper puts forward some methods for practicing and correcting mistakes in order to provide a reference for breast stroke teaching.
