FORMATION MECHANISM OF THE CULTURED CALCULUS BOVIS PRODUCED IN THE ARTIFICIAL CALLBLADDER

摘要 本文以术前胆汁作对照,测定分析了20头黄牛模拟胆囊内胆汁的成分含量变化。结果表明,自胆囊刚流入模拟胆囊内的胆汁,其胆酸含量在术后始终较术前明显降低(P<0.01);胆红素含量在术后第3天和7天明显升高,术后第15天和30天仍高于术前水平;胆汁粘蛋白的含量自术后第7天开始逐渐升高,至术后第15天由10.88±0.62mg/100ml升至14.16±0.82mg/100ml(P<0.01),在第30天仍较术前明显升高(P<0.05);术后胆汁钾、钠离子的浓度明显降低;胆汁pH值变化不明显;术后第30天胆汁钙、铁的含量降低(P<0.01),镁、铜和锌的含量变化不明显(P>0.05)。胆汁在模拟胆囊内贮存24h后,其pH值由7.2降至6.8(P<0.01);过滤后的贮存胆汁中胆红素、胆酸、粘蛋白和钙离子的浓度明显降低。从而表明,胆汁成分的病理性改变在培植牛黄形成过程中具有重要作用。 The biliary composition in the artificial gallbladder was measured in 20 cattle and compared with normal bile. The results showed that the contents of cholic acid, sodium or potassium in the bile just drained from the gallbladder into a rtificial gallbladder were significantly decreased but pH value unchanged. The bilirubin concentration of the bile was obviously increased at the 3rd or 7th day after operation and remained higher until the 15th or 30th day. Its mucin concentration was gradually raised from the 7th day after operation and significantly increased at the 15th day(10.88±0.62mg/dl VS 14.16±0.82mg/dl; P<0.01), and still was higher on the 30th day(P<0.05) than that before operation. The contents of calcium and iron in bile were significantly reduced and those of magnesium, coper and zinc unchanged at the 30th day. However, pH value of the bile stored in the artificial gallbladder for 24 hours decreased from 7.2 to 6.8(P<0.01), and after filtration, percentages of bilirubin, cholic acid, mucin and calcium in it were significantly decreased
