摘要
从价值观念、经营思想和行为准则三个方面分析企业精神的內涵;论述企业精神的意义和作用;分析创立企业精神应注意的几个误区;提出建立企业精神要与时俱进。
Analyzed the connotation of enterprise spirit (ES) in terms of value viewpoint, operational idea and behavior standards and some misunderstanding to be noticed carefully in establishing ES; illustrated its significance and function; put forward its establishment should go with time.
