摘要
楔横轧机滚动轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承 ,直接承受轧机运行中产生的轧制力 ,是轧机关键零部件之一。楔横轧机滚动轴承服役寿命与其在辊系中载荷特性直接有关。根据楔横轧机滚动轴承特点 ,采用三维接触边界元法 ,定量描述楔横轧机滚动轴承载荷特性 ,为合理选取轧机轴承 ,优化轧机结构设计 ,确保轴承安全且稳定运行提供重要的理论依据。
Roller bearings of cross wedge mill are double-rows taper roller bearings and one of the important parts on mill. It directly bears rolling force when mill works. The longevity of roller bearing depends on its load peculiarity in roller system. According to the characteristic of roller bearing of cross wedge mill, load peculiarity of roller bearing about cross wedge mill is analyzed by three dimensional contact boundary element method. Through this study, it offers important theoretical proof for reasonably choosing mill bearing, optimizing mill structure and ensuring bearing safe and stable work.
