摘要
介绍了攀枝花钢铁有限责任公司冷轧厂酸洗机组No.3带钢纠偏系统的工作原理、系统组成和严重制约生产的问题。在计算的基础上重点分析了发生纠偏故障的原因 ,并提出了提高No .3纠偏系统纠偏能力的方案。总结了方案实施后纠偏系统满足了生产要求的效果。
It demonstrates the operation conception,system configuration and some serious problems that constrain the production,concerning Central Position Control system No.3 of the pickling line in Cold Rolling Mill,Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. It also analyzes causes for deflection faults on the calculation basis and proposes an approach to improve the deflection ability of the CPC system No.3.After this approach is applied in the practice,the deflection ability of the CPC system No.3 has been remarkably improved,which meets the production requirements .
