摘要国内外舆论对于人民币是否升值众说纷纭,对人民币汇率问题的讨论,时至今日尚未尘埃落定:中国的汇率制度到底是什么样的?人民币币值是否被低估?低估多少?中国的汇率制度调整应选择哪种策略?不同的调整方式对中国经济的影响到底有多大?如何释放人民币升值的压力?人民币目前是到了升值的时机还是继续等待?中国的外汇储备应保持什么样的水平?其它国家及地区的汇率调整能给中国的汇率改革以什么样的启示?———本刊编辑部组织了国内经济学界的有关专家学者对上述问题进行了深入的探讨。
