摘要
研究制备了三种共混型尼龙复合材料UHMWPE/PA66、MAH g EPDM/PA66、UHMWPE/MAH g EPDM/PA66,对比评价了三种材料和纯尼龙66的摩擦学性能,对UHMWPE、MAH g EPDM对PA66摩擦磨损性能的影响进行了微观分析。摩擦磨损试验及SEM分析表明,MAH g EPDM/PA66材料具有良好的摩擦学性能和界面形态。MAH g EPDM明显提高尼龙的摩擦学性能,三元共混物的磨损过程中可以生成良好的聚合物转移膜。
Three kinds of blend alloy of Nylon were prepared and the tribological property of pure Nylon66, UHMWPE/PA66, MAHgEPDM/PA66 and UHMWPE/MAHgEPDM/PA66 were studied. The effect of UHMWPE and MAHgEPDM on tribological property were analyzed. MM200 friction wear test and SEM showed that the MAHgEPDM/PA66 had good tribological property and interface configuration. MAHgEPDM improved the tribological property of Nylon. The ternary blends of PA/MAHgEPDM/UHMWPE could form a good transfer film of polymer during wear process.
