高校思想政治教育的有效性问题,一直为许多高校领导所关注,更为直接从事思想政治教育工作的部门和思想政治教育工作者所困扰。本文认为,认真整合思想政治教育整个系统的各个结构层次的关系,有利于提高思想政治教育的效果。

The effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has long been concerned by many college and university leaders. It also bothers the departments and educational workers working in this field quite a lot. This paper argues that integrating various relations among administrative levels and factors in ideological and political education system conscientiously will help improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
