通过对两种株型玉米采光效率的比较研究,明确了紧凑型玉米的增产机理。紧凑型玉米单株采光效率低于平展型,紧凑型玉米消光系数小,呈现“分散用光”的特点,群体光能利用率高于平展型。

Comparing the light-receiving efficiency of the two types revealed that the single plant of compact-type maize had lower light-receiving efficiency but also lower extinction coefficients than the horizontal type owing to dispersively utilizing light, moreover, the population of the compact-type maize had higher efficiency of energy conversion than the horizontal type, resuiting in a higher yield.
