摘要
采用实物试验和非线性有限元仿真 2种方法对车体吸能元件吸能和变形特性进行了研究 ,通过试验 ,得到了管形元件在纵向载荷下的压溃变形的基本模式和吸能特性 .有限元仿真结果则获得了与试验较为一致的结果 ,从而证实了非线性有限元仿真的可行性 .最后 。
The energy-absorbing and deformation performance of elements used in crashworthy car body have been studied through two methods, experiment and non-linear finite element analysis (FEA) simulation. By testing and simulation, the basic types of collapse and energy-absorbing properties for pipe elements were yielded under longitudinal loading. The comparison manifested that these results were identical, and proved FEA simulation was a reliable method. At last, several influence factors of FEA simulation were also discussed.
