摘要
炼化废水再生过程采用臭氧部分氧化和生物活性炭工艺去除微量有机物 ,总出水的水质优良 ,可回用到多种领域 .研究表明 ,臭氧的投加量为 10~ 2 0mg·L-1时可起到部分氧化的作用 ;连续实验表明 ,每克活性炭的CODCr吸附容量达到了 5 36 .37mg ,使用周期提高了一倍以上 ,每千克活性炭的处理水量至少可达 15m3 .生产上可用A2
In this article,heavy molecule organic compounds are removed thoroughly by partly oxidation and biological activated carbon adsorption when reclaiming oil refinery wastewater,and the final effluents can be reused in many fields.It is showed through the study,when ozone concentration is 10~20 mg·L -1,partly oxidation to refractory organic compounds is occurred;in the continuous experiment,the COD Cr adsorption volume of biological activated carbon (BAC) can get to 536.37 mg per gram,one kilogram BAC can deeply treat wastewater of 15 m 3,and the life time of BAC is increased more than one time. A 254 and COD Cr can be used as operating control parameters in the oil refinery and petrochemical wastewater reclamation application.
