摘要
漆树(RhusvernicifluaStokes)雄花具雄蕊5个,花药4室。孢原细胞1~多个,药劈育为3~4层兼有多型,腺型绒毡层后期以碎裂式产生多核,中层1~2层,后期残存。四分小孢子多为四面体型,胞质分裂为同时型。成熟花粉具2细胞,呈球形,3沟孔。成熟花药具大小两类型花粉,小型花粉为单核,系败育型。单室子房倒生胚珠,双珠被,厚珠心,单胚珠,常为单孢原,大胞子4分体直线型,通常合点端第一个细胞为功能孢,蓼型胚囊,具拟珠孔塞和承珠盘。同时联系探讨与种胚败育的相关性。
A flower has five stamens and the anther has four pollen sacs in the Rhus verniciflua Stokes, With unicellular and multicellular archesporium. The development of anther walls conformas to manifold type with three to four stages. The cells of the glandular tapetum became majority nuclei by the rend of nucleu in the later stage. The middle layer is 1~2 layers and surviving in the later stage. The microspore tetrads are tetrahedial and the cytokinesis of the microspore mother cells in emiosis is the simultaneous type. The globose mature pollen grian is the 2~celled type, with three grooves. There are two types in the mature pollen sac. The small pallen is one~nucleate pollen and aborted type. The ovary is unilocular and contains only one ovule, with two layers integument and crassinucellate, anatropous ovule. Generally, the hypodermal archesporium is unicelled. The four megaspors that the first one towar, the chalazal end is furctional arrange in a line. The development of the embryo sac conforms to the Polygonum type. There i an obturator~like and hypostase with the structure of loudspeaker from. There is also certain interrelation between he tapetum cell disintegrated leadin to the microspore abortive and the seeds abortive.
