摘要
电铲、钻机气路系统在冬季因水份分离不彻底 ,水份在气路系统中冻结 ,使系统不能正常运行 ,经过分析研究 ,对气路系统中水份分离设计缺陷进行了改造 ,提高了系统分离水份的能力 ,减少了气路冻结现象的发生 ,提高了气路系统在冬季运行的可靠性。
The moisture kept in the excavator and drilling machine's air pressure system freezes in winter and the system can't work normally. After analyses and investigation, the design fault is corrected; so the system's moisture separating capability is improved. As a result, the freezing phenomenon is reduced and the system's reliability is improved.
