摘要
白云铁矿人力资源的现状 ,存在总体人力资源过剩 ,结构性缺乏 ,人力资源在质量上仍处于低水平状态 ,思想认识体制上还存在差距。实行战略性结构调整 ,建立新型的符合现代企业制度的人力资源管理机制 ,达到人力资源的最优化配置。
The present situation of human resource at Baiyun is in a low level and thinking has gap for its system that is surplus and configuration lack. It needs to readjust the structure to set up modern HR management system with the aim for arrangement optimization.
