可调谐质子交换铌酸锂(LiNbO_3)光波导滤波器在视频回路网络的应用研究

摘要 根据光的干涉滤波原理,模拟设计质子交换铌酸锂光波导级联型滤波器.利用铌酸锂的电光效应,通过调节级联电压,改变光波导的折射率,选出波分复用(DWDM)中所需的各视频信道,各信道与ITU—T建议的波长位置、间隔基本符合. Based on the interference principle,a tunable proton exchanged LiNbO3 optical waveguide filter with cascade structure was simulated and designed.By adjusting the cascade voltages,the needed center channel frequency can be selected. All the channels are coordinate with the wavelengths and intervals proposed by IUT-T.
