New features and strategic goals of the Chinese cement industry

深刻分析了当前中国水泥工业发展特点和现状,指出持久的增量需求的市场空间、技术创新和技术成熟以及投资主体的到位,促使新型干法水泥以惊人的速度发展,使中国水泥工业进入快速结构调整期。提出了实现中国水泥工业发展战略目标,应该坚持的“三立足”和“三个不满足”及其相关的体制改革,政策措施等具体要求。

Author deeply stated new features and actuality of the Chinese cement industry,indicated factors that of the steadily growing market,innovation and maturity of technology, and investors taking the entire responsibility made the NSP cement developing with fast,unexpected speed,accelerated the structural optimization and upgrading China's cement industry.Strategic goal of development was mentioned in this paper,and to realize this, author proposed detailed measures such as 'three focuses'& 'three should-not-satisfy', management principles and reform of ownership structure ,etc..
