水泥厂窑尾排风机的故障诊断非常重要,直接关系到它的正常安全可靠运行。作者采用振动测试的方法,通过对振动信号的时域、频域和幅值域分析,可实现对窑尾排风机的状态监测与故障诊断。测试分析结果与实际情况相吻合。该方法对其它同类大型旋转机械的振动测试具有一定的借鉴价值。

Diagnosing malfunction of kiln end fan in cement plant is important and it is directly related with normal and safe running of the fan. With vibration test method, through analysis of time field, frequence field and extent field of the vibration signal to realize monitoring state and diagnosing malfunction for the fan, and the result is consistent with the real condition. This method also can be used in vibration test of the same scale revolving machine for conference.
