对我校体育师资队伍现状的调查与研究

The Lnuestigation and Study on the Current Situation of our University P.E Teachers Ranks

运用文献法和调查法等,对我校体育师资队伍进行研究,结果表明:体育学院、体育部教师在50岁年龄段有一个明显的断层,教师状况的显著特点是高学历者比例较低而职称相对较高,且职称结构不够合理.学科教师亲缘结构合理.大力引进博士、硕士,鼓励年轻教师攻读学位优化教授队伍结构,注重多从外校引进高水平的教师是提高我校教师水平的重要途径.

After the study on our university PE teachers ranks by the methords of investigation and study,it's shown that there is a fault among the teachers who are about 50 years old in our PE College and PE Department.The notable characteristel of our teachers ranks is the rate of the teachers with higher academic certificate low,But their professconal ranks higher,the structure of it unreasonable.The phylogeretic stucture of the teachers about the subuects is reasonable.It is an important way to inprove the teachers level by introducing more doctors,masters and excellent teachers to our university,encouraging young teachers to pass the exam for high academic certificate and opimicing the stracture of teachers ranks.
