本文利用正交实验和结构矩阵安排实验数据,用计算机对实验数据进行处理,找出山楂浸汁的最佳工艺。
The best extracting process of the hawthorm juice had been established thorgh orthogonal design and structure matrix and handling the experiment data with electronic computer.
