摘要
引入"核心能力"的概念用于工程评标。用模糊积分的数学方法快速进行评标选优。归纳出用模糊积分模型进行方案评价的一般步骤。用工程招标的算例进行操作。
The conception of 'core competence' are introduced to apply into engineering bide. The fuzzy integral are used to evaluate the bide to choose the optimum. The general procedure of evaluating was summed up by the use of the model of fuzzy integral. Also, an example of engineering bide was given to test the new method.
