Based on the present situation on the cost control of building operation company in our country, the POC is put forward, and the concept and concrete control idea is given. In addition, the paper solved the optimization arrangement on the quality, date , cost and optimization control at a target cost based on Genetic Algorithms in accordance with the quality control, date control and cost control. It offered supporting technology that can carry out the target profit of a construction enterprise.
