摘要
本文将目前理论界开发出的"企业战略整体评价体系"进行了改进,对其12个角度细化出了43个因素,并给出依据与评价标准,同时结合某企业的战略调整进行了整体绩效予评价。
Enterprise strategy integrant evaluation system that put forward by recent theoretical period has been made better in this paper.12 points of view are divided into 43 factors,foundation and evaluation criterion are also given.The integrant performance of some enterprise strategy adjustment is preevaluated.
