摘要
从工艺岩石学观点,以岩相分析法为主配合X光衍射、电子探针等方法,综合分析确定了耐火材料结石的矿物名称、特点及成因。粘土质耐火材料结石在所有结石类型中出现的几率最多,对生产的危害最大,但其成因类型确定之后,采取相应措施,则它可逐步被消除。
This paper synthetically analyzes and determines the mineral names, the characteristics and the cause of formation of the refractory stones from the view point of technological petrology by the petrographic analysis methods cooperated with the X-ray diffraction analysis and the electron probe microanalysis, etc. In all kinds of the stone, the clayey refractory stones appear most, which are most harmful to the production. If the cause of formation and the type of the clayey refractory stones are determined, and the corresponding measures are taken, they can be progressively eliminated.
