In this article, the author analyses the problems which hinder the progress in the Ex-post evaluation in China. The problems exist in the investment system, the decision - makers and the capital surport. He also discusses the motivition mechanism promoting the Ex- post evaluation.The author addresses this subject in order to help to obviate the obstacles more closely, to intensify the motivition more strengly, and to promote the work in Ex - post evaluation in China to go more smoothly.
